Marissa Corona Ramirez, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidenced based psychological treatments for children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Corona’s approach is warm and friendly. In order to help clients achieve their results, she strives to provide a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, kind, collaborative, and genuine.  

Dr. Ramirez draws from her strong clinical and research training in order to provide clients with high quality, evidence-based interventions that have been supported by research.

Dr. Ramirez received her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Southern California (USC). She obtained her Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Washington and completed internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Stanford University School of Medicine Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry where she obtained clinical and research training in a wide spectrum of child and adolescent disorders. Throughout her career, Dr. Ramirez has worked and trained in multiple settings including virtual mental health start-ups, university medical settings, children's hospitals, and outpatient community clinics. Dr. Ramirez has also served as a therapist on randomized clinical trials (RCT’s) at Stanford and University of Washington.
